How do I place a sample order?
Sample orders can be placed by calling in or emailing us at sales@hygieneinbulk.com. All sample orders are subject to product and shipping cost.
What if i don't see all the items i want in my kit on your website?
If you don't see an item that you're looking for in one of our kits or individually. Give us a call and we'll do our best to source it in order to complete your order all in place at an affordable price.
How long does it take to process and ship out my order?
We strive to ship all orders placed before 1pm CST within the same day, but it is not a guarantee.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay Google Pay, and Venmo at checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently only ship to the contiguous US states plus Alaska & Hawaii.
We are unable to ship to PO BOXES, APO or FPO addresses or US territories.
Shipping is via UPS.
All orders include free shipping to the contiguous US only. Free shipping is via standard UPS Ground. Free shipping is available on the initial order shipment only. Packages that are returned to us for invalid addresses or marked as undeliverable or not claimed, will be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. We also offer expedited shipping services at checkout at the buyer’s expense.
Do you accept purchase orders as a form of payment?
“We only accept purchase orders coming from schools that are backed by a school district, State or Federal government. Please make sure when sending purchase orders that it includes the school's official letter head. Please contact us at info@hygieneinbulk.com for more information.” .
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer the following expidited service at the buyers expense.

How do i track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS text notification with tracking information and estimated delivery dates from the carrier.
